MORELL CRANE, Jr., PT

Physical Therapist/Co-Owner, River Road

Mo was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. He earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology at Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge in 1982. In 1992, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, graduating with honors. He has extensive training in neurological and orthopedic impairments and specializes in sports medicine and manual therapy. He is also an active member of The Louisiana State Board of Physical Therapy. Mo and his wife Sharon, an Occupational Therapist, started Crane Rehab Center in 1999.

EMILY B​ROWN, PT, DPT, MTC

Clinical Director/Physical Therapist, River Road

Emily is a native of Covington, Louisiana and earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Louisiana State University. In 2006, she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine in Florida. She is currently the Clinical Director of the River Road location and is Certified in Manual therapy, Integrative Systemic Dry Needling, and Trigger Point Dry Needling. Emily has been practicing physical therapy with Crane Rehab Center since August 2007. Her primary interests are working with orthopedic injuries and utilizing her manual skills.

FRANCIS WILLIAMS III PT, DPT
Physical Therapist, St. Charles

Trey, an Orleans native, graduated from LSU Health New Orleans with a DPT in 2017. Trey has been certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), better known as McKenzie Method, since 2019. This method has specific focus on the spine with a goal of isolating movements that promotes decreased symptoms and improved function in daily living.

KENDALL HALES, PT, MPT, ScD, COM

Physical Therapist, River Road

Kendall is a native New Orleanian. She graduated from Rollins College, where she received her a BA in Psychology. She then went on to get her Master’s of Physical Therapy from LSUMC in 1999, a certification of orthopedic manual therapy through the international association of Orthopedic Manual therapy (including a hand certification), as well as a certification in Integrative Systemic Dry Needling for Pain Management, and an Advanced certification in dry needling for sports management. She furthered her education by receiving her post graduate Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy through Texas Tech University in 2010, where her dissertation explored “Decreasing the Incidence of ACL Injuries in Female Athletes”.

AMANDA HELD PT, DPT

Physical Therapist, River Road

Amanda is a New Orleans, Louisiana native who received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University in 2017. After graduating from LSU, she worked at Crane Rehab Center as a physical therapy technician before going to Physical Therapy school and graduating and earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in Baton Rouge, LA in 2021. Amanda is currently an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Her main interests are working with the orthopedic and neurological populations. In her spare time, she enjoys cheering on the Saints and LSU and volunteering with Miracle League.
